Oxnard, CA - Ventura County

It all began June 17, 1989, our first Celebration in association with the Black American Political Association of California (BAPAC), and the Martin Luther King Jr. Committee of Ventura County at the Oxnard Performing Arts Community Center (PACC), Lions Park between 9th & 7th Streets. Also, in conjunction with the Firefighters of Color United Stand (FOCUS), including the BSU of Oxnard College for the next several years sought to continue to unify and raise awareness of our American history together with our Juneteenth Celebration-Freedom Day event.

With the utmost appreciation, we thank you for another successful Annual Juneteenth Celebration. We also thank the community for your support of the non-profit Juneteenth Celebration of Ventura County (JCVC) organization's 32nd Annual Juneteenth Celebration held Saturday, June 17, 2023.
